Ridge’s Ice Cream lovingly handcrafts small-batch ice cream using locally harvested, sustainable ingredients and dairy. Every batch begins at home with exceptionally fresh milk and cream from Straus Family Creamery, then blended with organic sugar and Ridge’s own farm-fresh egg yolks to create the perfect base.

From there, the process becomes truly seasonal. Add-ins change throughout the year and include ingredients like honey from Ridge’s own hive, fruit and nuts from his family’s trees, and a rotating mix of locally sourced, organic ingredients from nearby farms. Everything is chosen at its peak and always local whenever possible.

Because everything is made in small batches, 3–4 flavors are typically available at a time, including signature flavors that are always offered and rotating seasonal favorites.

Making ice cream takes time. Each batch takes three days so the flavors can really come together. The result is rich, small-batch ice cream rooted in craft and made with care, delivered to your door.

Hi! I’m Ridge.

I really like ice cream, biking, baking, soccer, science, and gardening (which is basically where some of my ice cream ingredients come from). I think I’m pretty good at making ice cream, and I think you’re probably going to like it too.

You can order ice cream here, just find the order button, click it, and fill it out. It goes to my mom’s email because I don’t have one yet (she’s in charge of that part). She lets me know, and I get busy making your ice cream!
